My mom took me there.

2 eggs, some sugar, some milk, matcha powder, 2 bowls

put some egg white in one bowl, then stir for 5 minutes

then add sugar and milk and yolk and stir for 2 minutes and add the matcha powder and stir for 3 minutes.

then … the platter into a rectangle plate. the plate puts in the oven.

then pour the platter into a rectangle plate. then put the plate in the oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The temperature (温度) is 180 degrees.

then pour the egg white on the cake. it’s done!
