About Meditation

I’ve meditated for more than 3 years. In very beginning, I learned from some youtubers, followed their tips, just tried to calm myself, focused on my breath and thought nothing, but it didn’t worked well. I couldn’t help but keep letting my thinking fly away or fell asleep.

It was so frustrating.

And I met some mentors they told me that meditation is not going to make my brain get blank immediately which is difficult to a beginner. It’s a practice to let my thoughts flowing without any judgement and association, and step by step I’ll see my thoughts clearly and able to make the gap of thoughts become longer and longer, to stay in the moments. It’s called Zen.
If people can stay in Zen for long time, they can connect to the higher self or higher beings easier and experience pure pleasure. Clear mind can also lead us to our life purpose, which we can mention so many celebrities who have this habit and get benefits from it, like Steve Jobs, he claimed he become more focused and creative to make decisions because of doing meditation everyday.

Last year, after the outbreak of corona virus, because the fear of public, it turned to some kind of negative energy and I encountered the most terrible chest tightness in my life in that period. I found it wasn’t caused by my physical or psychological factors. It was from outside. I tried a new way to meditate to make a protective cover for myself. Matching my breath, I imagine there is white light from universe into my head and flow to my whole body, like a big circle cover myself with full of white light also. And it did worked well, I seldom got chest tightness after I took protection, however it has a big problem that I found myself get tired easier and was always hungry.

I believe human’s mind power is so strong can make everything happened, but we just forgot how to use it, there are too many thoughts just like garbage occupied in our mind, it weakens our wills, and meditation is a way to clean them out to enhance our true wills. To remember who we really are, what we truly want. Stay mindfulness and full of loved.
