Today is the Tomb-Sweeping festival which is people honor the dead. Losing friends or family number is heartbreaking and hard to accept. I think if we can choose, nobody want to have the experience. However, death is inevitable. How to deal with our negative emotion and return your life, it’s very important. People we love dead, the first reaction is grief, then we feel guilty，anger and disbelief. Someone will hide their true feelings and pretend a brief face. I think it’s inappropriate. Grief is a natural emotion, you can cry or show it to people. You also can to talk with the people who dead in your head, write a letter, or visit a grave. I think these things is real, it’s unpractical to try to forget it. We should learn to accept it slowly.

When I was young I would to the tomb and sweep with my family.

When I was young, I would go to the cemetery with my family and bring along food and special money for our loved ones who had passed away.

My grand father passed when I was in high school. However I don’t have more many memories with my grandfather. I lived with my grandmother until I was 16 years old. My grandmother is also a very smart women, although she didn’t learn a lot in school. She just study in primary school. But I always told her if she can learn a lot she will become a great woman. Because my grandmother, she had more sisters and brothers, she was poor. Her mother can’t to pay  afford school fees. And the most people think that girls should at home do some house work.  My grandmother is good at cooking. When I stay home she is always cooking more lots of delicious food for me. But this years spring festival, because of she body is unhealthy. she can’t cooking many foods so much. I feel sad because my grandmother is the tough. She can’t believe she couldn’t cook because she is old. I think she is good at any food  many different things, but the best food she can cook is the noodles. I think my grandmother’s food have special tasty flavor I never eat in other places.  can’t find anywhere else.
