Recently I just go to the  gym on the weekends. In fact I haven’t gone to the gym for one month. Yes I am busy, also I twisted my ankle, so recently I can’t go to the gym.

I fell down some stairs.

Because last year I also twisted my  the same ankle, this is not more painful than before the first time. After the this class I will go to the gym. Maybe my trainer will give me some a more relaxed plan. Because the gym moved to another place different location I takes me 50mins to go to the gym so on work days I can’t go to.

I have three months left on by gym membership. because I want to keep exercising  going to the gym three times per week. The most of time I want to stay at home. Last week, my colleague and me I prepare  were planning to tour nearby shanghai, but we cant couldn’t book a room, so we cancelled the plan.

I plan to go to haiyangongyuan (aquarium). And then we will have a go to hotpot. In holiday I want to make my  finalise portfolio. I have make my portfolio  finished it last week but my friends since the gave me some advice (can also say feedback), so I need to edit it again.
