The baby was very smaller than I imagined, because I don’t see little babies often. Little baby have many kinds of facial expressions. I thought some expressions were cute but some were strange. The baby always cry that make me feel noisy. My classmate told me she will wake several times one night that’s very tiring. It’s painful when born the baby.

Yesterday I went to see my classmates because she had a baby a month ago. I bought a present for the baby on Taobao. I bought a pink blanket with pink fish. I also bought a bib. The baby was very smaller than I imagined, because I don’t see little babies often. Little baby has many kinds of facial expressions. I thought some expressions were cute but some were strange. The baby always cries and that made me feel frustrated. My classmate told me she will wake up several times a night and that’s very tiring. It’s painful to give birth to the baby.

Last week i went to Wuxi city for regular hospital visit for 2 days. I negotiated a project problem with hospital staff that was going on for a long time. At the begining, i talked with a junior staff but she could not make a dicision so she asked me to talk to her boss with that problem. In my heart, i didn’t want to talk to her boss because i felt feared but i had got to do this thing otherwise my boss would blame me. I adjusted for a while and gave enough encouragement by myself then clicked the boss’s door…..The boss asked me into his office and i told him the project problem and the reason why i did like that. The boss listened carefully and told me his thoughts. In the end, even though the boss still had some considerings on the problem but he agreed to conduct the project as usual.

To be honest, i didn’t want to talk to her boss because I was scared but i had got to do this thing otherwise my boss would blame me. I adjusted my feelings for a while and gave enough encouragement/confidents to myself then knocked the boss’s door…..The boss asked me to go to his office and i told him about the problem and the reason why i did what I did/ of my execution. The boss listened carefully and told me his thoughts. In the end, even though the boss still had some concerns about the problem, but he agreed to continue the project as scheduled.
