One day, I was having meeting with the colleagues in Spain. We having meeting in the office, our office is a public area. When we were in a meeting, a KOL was invited to have a visit in our office. This KOL is so famous in China- LJQ. We have a new product, it’s a type of perfume, it will launched soon. We want LJQ help us to promote. On this day, his assistant didn’t come. I saw him, I think it’s the same as we look on live stream. In that floor, almost staffs is belong to finance department. Most of the finance staffs are girls, everyone is crazy, because he suddenly appear in our floor. He was companied by our CEO, they were visiting that floor around, we can see clear. That time I was in a meeting, we talked to the colleagues in Spain office, let me hold the call. It’s so noisy in our office, we can’t continue our discussion.

I saw him, I think he looks the same (in person) as live stream. On that floor, most staffs belong to the finance department. Most of the finance staffs are girls, everyone got crazy, because he suddenly appeared on our floor. He was accompanied by our CEO, they were having a tour, we could see him clearly. That time I was in a meeting, I told the colleagues in the Spain office, “Please hold the call” let me hold the call. It was so noisy in our office, we couldn’t continue our discussion.

Dear AHCs,

As per our agreement before, store’s daily envelop are needed to be delivered to the warehouse once every two weeks onwards 1st May.

The attachment is the store daily envelop storage status in the warehouse as of 30th Jun. Normally, all daily envelops before 15th Jun should have been saved in the warehouse. However some of the envelops haven’t been sent to the warehouse. You can find the details which showed missing in the report.
Could you please help us to push the stores to deliver those missing envelops to the warehouse ASAP? Thank you.

Dear AHCs,

As per our agreement before, the store’s daily envelopes /need to be /must be delivered to the warehouse once every two weeks onwards May 1st.

The attachment is the store’s daily envelope storage status in the warehouse as of June 30th. Normally, all daily envelopes before June 15th should be stored in the warehouse. However some of the envelopes haven’t been sent to the warehouse. You can find the details of the missing ones which showed missing in the report.
Could you please help us to remind the stores to deliver those missing envelopes to the warehouse ASAP? Thank you.
