I think my job will have a very big challenge and change, because my team member already give up the job and found a new one. Some of them have worked for WPP 3 years, so they will very bored. They found a new job like Alibaba and Xiaomi marketing team. I’m far with that, I know there’s a big challenge waiting for me because of the turnover.
