Today we focused on:
Reviewed the 3 basic tenses
Vocabulary
memorise – to remember something by heart
slide – a large thing that kids climb up and down on at the playground
Grammar
simple past tense – to talk about something that happened before/telling stories
simple present tense – habits/describing pictures/telling stories
simple future tense – will + verb (‘maybe’)/’be’ going to (100%)
They are talk to each other in the pool
They were talking to each other by the pool
*past continuous tense – was/were + verb-ing
ex. I was describing this picture.
ex. They were running on the grass.
Speaking exercise
I must be remember it and speak it.
I must be memorise it and say it/present it.
He were playing the sand.
He was playing on the sand.
They were having a picnic.
They were having a trip.
They were going on a trip.
They don’t want I to play it.
They don’t want me to use it.
He is going to walk with his dog.
He is going to walk his dog.
