What’s so good about working at a foreign company is you have freedom/more flexibility/better work-life balance. You don’t have a strict work schedule. In addition, you can also work anywhere.

Another reason that I chose to work at a foreign company is that I can apply for a better company/job based on the experience from working at a foreign company.

Now, one of the things that is beneficial to me is that my company is friendly to women. If you are pregnant, you can take your maternity leave securely.

Although there are many good aspects of working at a foreign company, I should mention that you’d better not stay too long in a foreign company if you want to get a promotion. But if you have already earned enough money or you just want to work comfortably/if you want job security, then it would be a good option.
