ex. If they’d left one day later, they’d need to quarantine for 14 days.

close off – to not allow people to enter an area

ex. Some buildings in my compound were closed off for two days.

withstand – stand firm against/resist

ex. Can you withstand the cold?

altitude sickness – gao yuan fan ying
