genie – a magical spirit

ex. When Aladdin rubbed the magic lamp, a genie came out.

grant wishes – to agree to give or allow sth

vanish – disappear

ex. When he turned around the ghost had already vanished.

Sultan – king in the Arabic world

exile – to be sent away from your own country

ex. The King is currently in exile because his brother betrayed him.

He can let him get whatever he wants.

He will grant him his wishes/He will make his wishes come true
