Doctor told the fat person that he is very unhealthy and if he don’t change his diet he will die.

When he listened to this he cried and he want to change his diet.

Don’t be too thin and you should add to your weight.

He sees a very fat woman and the doctor told him that he is very unhealthy so he is determined to changed. However, the lady, she didn’t get to do this/have this experience. She just switched her meals with the man and the man told her some things, so I think the lady is more determined.
