add ~s to the days of the week if it’s occurring frequently:

ex. I work on Mondays.

ex. She goes to the gym on Thursdays and Fridays.

If you have every, then you don’t add ~s to the days of the week

ex. I work every Monday.

ex. She goes to the gym every Thursday and Friday.
