If I need to improve 

First of all, I want to earn more money. After COVID-19, the market is unlimited. At the start of 2023, the revenue of the gym was good and we were happy to see that. But, with many gym chains closing down, people became too afraid to pay for a long-term gym membership. They preferred to go to another kind of gym, where you only have to pay by time/get a daily pass. So the sales dropped and I thought it’s time for a change. Then I learned some lessons on TikTok. which teaches us how to manage gyms online. Now, we started to promote on Tiktok.

We redecorated one of our gyms to attract some more customers and we put an advertisement board outside our gym. We will have some lucky draw to gain customers.
