vegetarian – don’t eat meat but can eggs and dairy

vegan – strictly no animal products

protest – to be publicly against sth

ex. Vegans protested against the horse race.

mistreat – treat badly

ex. Animals were mistreated at the circus

circus – a group of entertainers that perform in a large tent/places

leaflet – a small booklet

ex. Nirvaan handed out leaflets at the protest.

fur – animal skin

vocal – express/voice out opinions

ex. He’s incredibly vocal about animal rights.

issues – topics/problems

ex. They will protest against several issues on animal rights.

skinny – very thin

The meaningful things are protesting against the mistreatment of animals at a local circus and voicing out for issues such as horse racing.

You can continue protesting against the mistreatment of animals but you can eat animals.
