Before they were family-owned.

Recently, we changed our international freight forwarding supplier from a small company named Airocean cargo to DHL in order to save cost and shorten lead-time on transportation.
DHL is a global company with more resources to airlines ,at the same time ,they can offer us a better rate.

But the changing of supplier came with a number of problems.
The most serious problem is communication.
It always cause confusing to us that there are too many windows. We have to repeat one thing many times with different ppl ,thus we ask DHL to keep only one key contact window for us.
Hopefully we can gel soon.
