corridor – a long passage outside your classroom/building etc.

take turns – you do sth today, I will do it tomorrow

ex. Let’s take turns in scrabble.

mop the floor – wipe the floor with water/liquid

just in time – just before or exactly at a time (ex. 8 o’clock)

punishment – when somebody gets in trouble and they must pay for it

ex. What is the punishment for killing a person?

to get suspended from school – punished for something bad that you did by not allowing you to go to school
