I think I’m a quick learner and I can easily pick up new things and adapt to a new environment and work with new colleagues.

Once we had a project, there weren’t any guidelines from the headquarters, I easily picked up the project, did some research on my own drafted the proposal and briefed the agency. In the end, we received a lot of positive feedback from the HQ.

For now, I’m looking for this position to further …

In the long-term, I want to stay in the luxury industry and still focus on the retail marketing and to grow with the company and become the expert in this area.

I worked at Cartier for 8 years and have learned a lot with the brand and the company. Now I am truly ready for a new challenge and I am excited for the new responsibilities I’ll have at ____. I want to learn about a different business model within this field and I look forward to contributing and growing with your company.

5. What are your biggest strengths?

I think I’m a very creative person which I think it’s a very important quality especially in the marketing field. It helps to bring more ideas and innovation to the event. For ex, I can always come up with new ideas for our event and to ensure that the press and our VIP guests feel that our events are very innovative and different from others. They always have something new to experience.

I’m also very down to earth and detail-oriented. In order to promote the success of our marketing events, you need to pay attention to every single detail that sometimes can seem unimportant but crucial to the execution of the event. I believe it’s very important to always focus on the details to make sure that our events are executed with excellence.

6. What are your weaknesses?

Sometimes I can be a bit aggressive when it comes to my work because often times, we have very tight deadlines and heavy workloads. I want to make sure that everything is delivered in the highest level of quality so I take a lot of initiatives. But that might make some people feel pressured so in order to prevent that from happening, I spend a lot of time communicating with my colleagues and I am always very open to their feedback.
