There are some ongoing tax discussions which may or may not affect the terms, so I added one footnote to the terms indicating that all the terms are subject to tax advice.

I think they have the same allocation issue (like [the project ….] since this new round allocation review isn’t done yet?

The problem may be resolved by itself or they can figure that out by themselves overtime.

He will be out of office and having a surgery next week./(He will be taking time off next week because he will a surgery.)

What do you say if I heard someone is going to have a surgery but trying not to ask too much about the privacy stuff like what surgery he/she needs

Then my question is what kind of confirmation we are looking for coz I don’t think local team understand what else they need to get now, beyond the attached correspondence.

As per my previous correspondence, we have provided ____. Could you specify what additional confirmation are you looking for so that I can resolve this as soon as possible/provide you with the documents you need as soon as possible.
