My greatest weakness is sometimes focus on too much details of project. And allow me spend too much time on it . I will check every single thing really seriously ,I remember that I wrote a key account plan of 20 slice for 24hours. I suppose I can still improve the quality of plan again and compete it perfectly as possible as I can.And another weakness is usually compete all the related things of project by myself, such as implement a deal from start to end without anybody.
I should set a deadline for work time and increase productivity. What’s more, I even can assign task for my peers thought out team work make a difference.
