Hengdian is called eastern Hollywood, which means it is the famous place to filming Chinese movies and dramas, so it also an holy land to people having star dream. Due to the trending, people who want to have characters will Hen drift and live. Huge crazy people crowed make the place more and more popular, and it also developed entertainment and attractions.

To film movies, founders of Hengdian invested 5 hundreds of millions to build all movie scene, people can see one to one scale old Chinese old palace there, like Fobbidden City, Qin Dynasty Palace, Qing and Ming Dynasty Residential Street and old summer and winter palace of the end of Qing dynasty. Since some fans of celebrities and people who are fascinated entertainment industry, Hengdian Movie City launchs some events, like parades, shows, 4D movies. You also can experience every Chinese dynasty life, the place provides clothes, snacks, restaurants and inns there.
