VIP Class Notes (Jesse) [W / S]

The main character August is a bright ten-year-old boy who was born with a terrible facial difference. In order to protect him from others staring, he has been home-schooled for his whole life and her mother taught him the knowledge. Soon, August would be in Grade Five and his parents decided to take him to a real school for studying. At first, he was very dreading, but he met Jack Will and Charlotte and they soon became best friends and experienced many challenges. After that, August was more confident and he was not self-abased, because he thought he and others do not have any differences. He made himself a wonder. I think this book is very interesting and different. The writer divided the book into eight part and each part is the view of different character from the books. You can read one thing from different characters’ opinion and understand this story better.

When he was on holiday and he dressed up like a character in star wars and that day he wore a mask so other people would not see his face and then he went to his classroom and listened a conversation between his classmates. His best friend Jack said that August was very ugly and he actually didn’t want to make friend with him but the teacher asked him to do that so August was very disappointed.

During Halloween he dressed up like a character in / from star wars and on that day he wore a mask so other people would not see / he wore a mask to hide his face / mask as a disguise and then he went to his classroom and listened to a conversation between his classmates. His best friend Jack said that August was very ugly and he actually didn’t want to make friends with him but the teacher asked him to do that so August was very disappointed / heartbroken.
