Researchers suggested to change the society and working parttens for the night owls to reduce the risks of health .

In my opinion, for some professions, the work schedule are fixed. It means that the work parttens can not be changed. Like drivers of public transport, staffs of bank, poste office. In this case , the persons need to change their sleeping habit to adapt the jobs . If they can’t , they should only change a job which has a flexible schudule.
