My free style stroke had some improvement last weekend when I started the swimming about two months before.I swam 28M once a time and that was first time for me. I was taking breathe more than enough and relaxed to do the movement. My legs kicked the water and my arms pulled the water were more effective.When I finished the swimming that’ s feeling was amazing,i’ll keep to go to the swimming pool when I have some time,because I thought if I want to improve to swimming and need to do more practice.

My freestyle had some improvement last weekend when I started swimming about 3 months before. I swam 1 lap every time which was 28m and that was the first time for me to do that. I was taking in enough air so I was relaxed to focus on my movements. While my legs were kicking the water, my arms were pulling the water which was more effective. When I finished the swimming, the feeling was amazing. I’ll keep going to the swimming pool when I have some time, because I thought if I want to improve my swimming so need to do more practice.

First put the ingredients in the bowl and then I put on the fire and simmer for about 30 minutes. while I’m waiting for it, I am stirring the wine to stop it from getting dry / to mix everything together.
