VIP Class Notes (Jesse) [W / S]

When Jesse ask me what’s my hobby besides yoga, the first thing coming to my mind is cooking.

I have takeaway in most of weekdays, which is heavy oil and salt. If you want something healthy and delicious, you have to pay much higher price. So I choose cooking by myself during weekends.

Rather than lying in at weekends, I prefer to wake up early and prepare a wonderful brunch for myself. It will include in season fruit and vegetables which provide me enough vitamins and dietary fiber. And for carbohydrate, I choose sweet potato ,corn ，oatmeal and such coarse grain. And also, there must be eggs and meat,which is my favorite. Duck, pork, beef and lamb chops are the most eaten. Sometime there will be see food such as shrimp or salmon. For drink, I have coffee, tea or soap. My specialty is Miso soup, which is traditional Japanese food. Friends who have had it all say it’s even better than the restaurant made.

Sometime I also like to bake cake at home after one day work finished. Unfortunately I haven’t successfully made one, but I still love it. This is also a great way to release my work pressure.

I don’t have my favourite color. In the work I wear black, white and grey most of the time because I have to present to very high level management so I want to keep my professional. We do have dress code but not very mandatory for my team. I keep several simple color when im working.. When I start to think something in different ways it’s hard for me to only pick one, I always think each way you have the pros and cons.
