Hello all,

On Wednesday, we are going to start painting the floor of half the workshop and warehouse in 5 steps. The whole painting process, worst case scenario, is going to take 1.5 months max. The areas to paint are the following:

AREA: Warehouse container floor area
AREA: Workshop Epsilon Handbrake right side
AREA: Warehouse Racks area left side
AREA: Warehouse Racks area right side
AREA: Workshop Corridor

The bottle neck of painting is the New plant rack implementation. We need to buy and install the new racks in order to move welding components from current warehouse racks AREA 3 to new racks of new building. The delivery time of the racks is 20 days. If we get them early, we could paint the AREA 2 and AREA 3 together to save 10 days and finish before National Holidays (1,2,3 and 4 AREA). The 5.AREA, we need to check to see if we can do it during National Holidays but for the moment, it is not defined.

Attached is the Timing plan and points to be done and who is responsible for it.
