The main idea of this video is that all the great leaders and organizations inspire their employees and members to make that they believe what he believes instead of making they do what he does. They are thinking from inside to outside, why they do, how they can do, what they will do. Definitely this principal is recognized and imparted in some levels and some ways, but some of the leaders donāt realize why it is so important that it will impact on the membersā behavior, loyalty, work altitude. Every single leader will set up their Corporate Values when they started to their business. Some of them try to make it more special and more characteristic and some of them just think it is a rule that the members should follow it. For example, one of bankās corporate value is service first, customer first. However, it is not inspiring and employees just treat it as a rule to follow. This is reason why some of companies just do their business normally no any big impacts. Appleās corporate value make their staffs that the things what they are doing can change the world and can change the working and life styles in some levels.
I saw some comments for American president selection. Why Trump can beat Hillary? Because he lighted the American Dream again for the people who want to change.
I think it is a simple but not extraordinary idea.
