Writing exercise
One of my Iranian friends asked me about ownership in our country. I guess he want to know the ownership of the valuable things, like house, property. So I try to explain to him that I know.
In our country, the house belongs to the person on the condominium ownership certificate, and you can give it to your family or other people. The residential land you can own for 70 years, and the industrial land’s useful life is 50 years. After that years the land will belongs to the country, but you can continue to use it. Because there aren’t a detail rule to explain what will do after that. Other property are belong to the owners. That’s my understanding about the ownership.
