I generally prepare some drinks, cupcakes and fruit and I look the price up online to put a spreadsheet together as my boss is so picky. After my boss agree with one of my plan, I will looking to purchase.
On that day, I put all the things on the table which is in the break room and inform all the coworkers on WeChat. Between the afternoon tea, there is a game which I figured out in advance can increase the entertainment. This is a good staff benefit so my coworkers like the afternoon tea I arrange for them and I am also happy to see their eating and playing well.
