Hello all,

According the last forecast, in September, in MQB line we should have to start working with 7 operators, as 6 operator balance is not possible due to bottle neck is GP12 and packaging process.

So, Process team already done a balance and standard of 7 operators. Before start working with this standard, we would like to do some training and try out with operator and team leader. Could you arrange in August some tryout days according your operator availability (Liu) and production plan to customer (Ding)? You can inform to process team in other, you can arrange everyone time.

So, the Process team has already done a balance and standard of 7 operators. Before we start working with this standard, we would like to do some training and try out with the operators and the team leader. Open points to be checked in another meetings:

Components in carton boxes. Can get rust once box opened, in the line no more than 12 hours, but if we do a reference change and come back to warehouse it can stay there until next production plan. Define Quality and Logistic together best packaging to avoid rust (boxes with cover, plastic bags…)
When we do reference change and material return back to warehouse, how we can work with system. Define the process work, production, warehouse, quality to avoid problems in the system.

– Components in carton boxes. They get rusty once the box is opened, and waiting in the line for no more than 12 hours, but if we do a reference change and come back to the warehouse it can stay there until the next production plan. – Quality and Logistics to work together to define best packaging to avoid rust (boxes with cover, plastic bags…)

– When we do reference change and material returns to warehouse, how can we work with the system. Production, warehouse, quality to define the work process, to avoid problems in the system.
