Most Asia people like to eat high carbs food, like sweet potato, rice, wheat food and so on… But these kind of food will make us be fat. Nowadays, more and more people realize the importance of health, many youngsters start to lose weight and do more sports, gyms are more popular than before, they go to the gym and do cardio to let the fats away. But sometimes, eating is more important than exercise. If you want to be healthy, the first thing need to do is to stop eating high carbs and high fats, like noodles, rice, cake… And try to eat high protein instead of carbs and fats!
