we received a complaint from a customer Yesterday.please see the video.the jacket is very fragile and we can tear it by hand and then I found SGS Report failed too.we don’t want to sell this style to any customer because the result is not good.if we still sell this style in mainland market and may be We will face to potential risks like government spot check. Can you help us double check this style with MMI? If the result is still not good, we hope to get compensation From factory. thank you

The garment test report (as attached) passes and we have not had any other callouts for this style. This is also a repeat quality which we have never had this kind of issue with previously.How many pcs have you found that have this tearing issue? From the photo it appears that the style was cut somehow. Does you video show that the garment easily tears?

Hi Leshawn,

I know the garment test report passed but the problem is on the fabric which is not good. you can see the video show first (as attached link).The customer is only wearing for a few times and then found a hole on the sleeves so we told the customer to return the jacket and we will check it. This video was taken by ourselves and we found that we can easily tearing the fabric by hand from the hole.

Hi Hannah,

We were not able to replicate the same tearing on our TOP sample. We believe this is just one defective pc. Pls send the customer another garment.

You can charge the factory back for this one garment but the style should not be pulled from the stores. The total global buy for this style is over 3,000 pcs. This is the first and only time we have seen this issue come up

if you watch the video you can see the fabric tearing. We did it too and it could tear easily.
