“To build my self-confidence”, this is the reason why I would like to find a new job. I had full of confidence to join my current job, after three years in there, I got promotion as an executive staff, but it makes me to loss myself deeply at the end. The new environment should treat me as a real useful staff, not a junior girl without experience.
The bright future for me is the balance between the work and the life, do a meaningful work, spend free time on companying your family, go out and have fun with your friend. When you become old, everything that you can remember is meaningful and you will say “my life is worthy”
