1 year ago, my husband quited smoking. When he was smoking, he coughed a lot,nut now, he cough better. When he qiuted it, he was in a bad mood. When six mouthes later, he feeled better.
Smoking is a bad habit, it is not good for health and it bothers other people. Although quit smoking is very hard, but i think is an important thing and it is worth trying to quit it.
