She was pregnant. She gave birth to 4 kids. She raised the 4 kids. They have already grown up. They are grown ups / adults.

To have a baby = To be  pregnant and to give birth.

I am alone / I am by myself / there is no one else with me

I am alone so I feel lonely.

Lynette and Tom have a happy family. They have 4 kids, 3 boys and 1 girl. Lynette was a good manager before she became a mother. When she had her baby her husband and her had a discussion. In the end they decided Lynette will resign her job and will stay at home to stay with their kids / take care of their kids. Her husband will go out to earn the money. After many years Lynette’s boys and girl are grown up / have grown up. Lynette wants to go back to her job but she has a new baby again / she was pregnant again. She feels very sad because she needs to just be by herself sometimes. She wants to have her own space and privacy. So, she doesn’t want to be a mother again but her husband wants her to have the baby. After a few months, the baby wasn’t healthy so Lynette lost her baby. When the baby left her she felt so sorry because she thought the baby leaving her is all her fault.
