Dear Country Managers,

Following the email sent out yesterday, please find the latest openings/relocation list of all brands covering the period of FY18 Q4 and FY2019 provided by Expansion as attached.

Details are listed in the sheet “List Openings_Closings_Refurb”. I split the data by region for you to further process. Please kindly review if it is consistent with your understanding.

Also as mentioned yesterday, we need your feedback on cannibalization impact in FY2019 of the following stores:
• New Openings in Q4 FY18 and FY2019 (negative impact on existing stores) – I have input the data based on the Feasibility Study currently available, which includes 3 new shopping malls. If you would be able to review if the data is correct or if any stores need to be added, that would be great / would you be able to check if the data…;
• Refurbishments FY2019 – if there is any positive impact on other stores during refurbishment period of one specific store because of temporary store closure;
• Closings FY2019 – if there is any positive impact on other stores if one store closes down;

Please fill in your comments in sheet “Impacts on other stores” and send back to us the cannibalization impact by this Friday (Oct 12th).
