＊vegetables＊
My mother in law likes to grow fruits and vegetables in spring such as oranges and green vegetables and she always say a good general diet should include plenty of fresh vegetables. Although vegetables and fruits are good for health however children don’t like it and they prefer chocolate and chips to fruits and vegetables。

＊bullet train＊
Many years ago, during Chinese new year I took a plane form shanghai to Tokyo and I stayed in Tokyo for 2 days and then I took the bullet train from Tokyo to Osaka and the bullet train speed is very fast. the train can go 300 kilometers per hour.I got on the train and sat at a position that beside the window.The inside of the train is very clean and The space is very large.

＊dumplings＊
There are many kinds of dumplings in shanghai, some are cold and others are hot. I like eat small dumplings it is really cute and the size same with a coin and I like fry dumplings too.Cooking it is really easy.First I put some oil into a pan Then, heat the oil over medium heat in larger on the stove and after 5 minutes I put some dumplings into the pan when it is very hot. After 20 minutes and turn off the stove. Then I eat it with soy sauce.
