A night club just opened near where you live. You are very unhappy about the situation because it disturbs the peace of the neighborhood. Write a letter to your local government official. Say who you are and explain why you are unhappy and suggest what should be done about it.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Vian and I am writing this letter to complain that there is a new night club just opened near where I live now, which located at the corner of lingshi road & hutai road in Jingan district.
This night club just opened in last month but without well management because there are no official parking lots in front of the club so the street is always full of cars in the midnight which is illegal to parking there. Moreover, the club is too noise which disturb the neighborhood a lot. like the student who I am really need a good sleep in the night, but the music from the club always continues to 4am.
I really hope that government could take action on this issue, such as set a parking lot area for this club or let them know where is the nearest parking area that they could arrange with the guests. And make sure they could reduce the volume of music in a reasonable range which won’t disturbs the peace of neighborhood anymore.

As a student who needs to get up early every day, I really need a good night’s sleep, but the music from the club always continues to / until 4am.
