Last month My office has came on two new staff, I used to call them my guys. Their work is a domestic trade documentary. when there is a big order to get out,they are hard working. Though they talked a little bit with me, but I found they curious and passionate about the new job.Although they want to try to show themselves, but they has made many mistakes in the work to get me a headache. Why can’t they work after thinking? That’s why thinking can feel as exhausting as a exercise.before you are a leader,success is all about growing yourself.When you become a leader,success is all about growing others.
