Please find the below feedback for your questions about productivity reports:

1) different dev% of TTTT sales vs LY in weekly report (sent out on 7/17) and Microstrategy reports month till yesterday(sent out on 7/16)

Weekly report: TTTT sales % + 10%
MicroStrategy report: TTTT sales +13%

Differences between those two reports come from 1) Month till yesterday excludes sales of store already closed as of report date while weekly report includes all stores and this request was proposed by commercials. Please let me know if you want to change; 2) Month till yesterday report is based on period of calendar day (comparative period 2017/7/1~2017/7/15) while weekly report is based on commercial day (comparative period 2017/7/2~2017/7/16).

Here I attach recon between those two reports. Hope that will help explain.

Weekly report: TTCC sales % + 2%
MicroStrategy report: TTCC sales +4%

The difference is due to one store A. The store closed on July 9th for refurbishment but is treated as TTCC in the weekly report . Here we attach the revised one with update TTCC evolution of 4% by categorizing it to Non TTCC.
