Thanks of your update. But based on the experience in Lotte store, it’s more realistic to open Galleria by the end of October.
Please find the below reason for your reference.
1, Due to the tight timing, PHE factory is agreed to keep production during summer vacation and try to shorten the lead time, but even though, the earliest arrival date to Korea would be around 10th Oct.
2, The site arrival date of Dform furniture would be around 10th Oct, but it depends on the quality of your drawings and when you can get approval, especially the site dimension part, which affects the furniture production.
3, The façade production only can be started after the shopdrawings and mock up are approval, which depends on your quality and the fastest time you can speed up.
Moreover, as per my email this morning, please add the setting out inspection date and interim inspection
date in your schedule. We need to clearly understand when your site condition is available for inspection.
Please be aware that, all the related works should be done before inspection. The setting out lining should
be full done before our setting out inspection, which is including the wall divisions, furniture positions and the whole RCP. And also, all the concealing work (MEP, HVAC, FS, etc) needs to be finished before interim inspection.
Could you please revise your schedule and send back to us tmr?
