Actually the FFD from C2 was ready for you on 18th May.
2) Construction Drawing Confirmation
Based on the experience of Lotte, your construction drawings had been approved after so many times of revising, which took more than 2 months. And for this project, it took more than 3 weeks to prepare
your first version, and submitted on 12th Jun. And refer to C2’s long comment last night, there are lots of details need to revise. It might takes you around 2 wks. So let’s say, your construction drawings might are able to be generally approved in 4 times. It will take around 2 wks of your each time revising and 1 wk of each comment by C2. Thus it would be around 9 wks in total. And in your schedule, there are only 5 wks, but refer to the quality of your first version, it’s really hard to be achieved in 5 wks. Please extend this
timing.
The site construction only can be started, after your construction drawings had been generally approved by C2.
3) Millwork & VMD items
Same as the GC part, all the shopdrawings need to be approved by C2 before production. After your order confirmation yesterday, Dform already put lots of energy to prepare the shopdrawings now. And consider
the huge quantity of furniture, their production time is 8~9 wks after shopdrawings approval.
4) GC sampling
Based on the experience of Lotte, it took more than 2 rounds of submission to get approval. And the GC samples of Hannamdong are almost 3 times than Lotte. If you can get approval of all samples in one round submission, we are okay with this. But as our understanding, it’s impossible. So please extend 2 more
weeks of GC samples submission.
5) Construction Work
As I remember, you insisted very much that, the structure enforcement should take 3 wks, in order to keep the safety. But now, it has been shorten to 2 wks. Then it’s concerned about the safety, since it’s an old
building. Anyway, please remind that, the structure enforcement is super important for the whole building, otherwise it will have very serious danger issue.
BTW, there is a staircase in store, which structure needs to be very strong and stable.
The construction time of HVAC & MEP and the structure of walls & ceiling, is shorten by 2 wks, which is too short. You can try to put more man-power, but it’s really hard to control the quality. And also the
finishing phase needs to be with enough time. For example, the flooring and wallpapers, if the installation time is too short, the quality comes out would be really bad. Then you would spend more money and time to do it again. And also, please remember to put the schedule of garden construction into your schedule.
As above, in our opinion, your schedule is really too short. It is possible to be completed if put more man-power and longer working daytime, but it’s impossible to keep the high quality. I don’t think it’s the
result what both of us want to see.

Please remind that, there is a big façade. Please consider its sampling, mock up and construction time into your schedule. Could you please revise your schedules asap before next Monday?

As above, in our opinion, your schedule is really too short. It is possible to be completed if put more man-power and longer working hours, but it’s impossible to keep the high quality / maintain our high quality standards. I don’t think it’s the result that / which both of us want to see.
