Writing exercise

Exercise is very important to our life, cause if you only eat food and do not have some sports, you will get fat. If put on your weight, you might lose your confidence and it is also difficult for us to lose weight. Therefore, doing exercises regularly is very necessary. I like doing many sports, such as swimming, badminton, running and so on, but most of them are outdoor activities, so i spent many time on the way to the places where i did these things. For example, when i go swimming, it takes me about 20 minutes to os to the swimming pool by underground and i just swimming for an hour. Then i have to take a shower, wash my hair and blow my hair for about 30 minutes as well and after that i return home. Since my exercise time is less than other things that i have to do. I think it’s very troublesome and waste many time. Once i told a friend of mine about my trouble, then she recommended an application that you do not have to go outside and you can get the same effect to lose your weight and keep healthy at home and also do not need any facilities. That application is called ‘Keep’. This app offers many different courses, you can choose the courses you think that is suitable for yourself. For instance, if you are fat, then you can choose some fat reduction courses(减脂课程). If you are strong, then you can choose some shaping courses(塑形课程). If you do not know which courses you should choose, Keep will give you a survey and through that to make a special schedule for you. You can just follow the schedule to do and you will lose your weight. In my opinion, i think this application can bring me a lot of convenient, so i prefer to use it. My goal is to lose 5 kilograms by using this app and i also hope that i am able to train a vest line(马甲线).
