i went to HZ and BJ to meet some external partners. so in HZ we met a big ecom platform and had a meeting with them on some IP issues. the UK business fund on the platform and to find a possible way to solve it. some people use the pictures without any authorization. so we had a face to face meeting so we told them we found some infringement on the website and then we ask what kind of document we need to provide if we want the platform to remove it and then they provided a list of required documents and we found some of them were necessary and practical documents but some of them are not easy for the IP right owner to provide. so we also have an in depth discussion with them to see if all this documents is mandatory or we can just provide some of them which is really helpful and relevant to this complaint.
