4, GC sampling time is too tight, and one time submission is not enough. Usually your samples can not be fully approved in one time. So please add a 2nd time and extend the approval days to a full week for one time submission.

5, The schedule of furniture installation is too tight, better to add few days. Thus the site working can be started in middle of October, in order to have enough timing to ensure high quality.

Thanks for your schedule. Below are some comments, could you please revise accordingly and send back to us?

1, Please add a 2nd time site survey right after the concept design finishes. As per my understanding, one time survey cannot be very precise.
Anyway, we can do it together once I’m there.

2, The construction drawings should be started immediately once FFD is ready. Then you could have more time to get it approved before work on the site begins / starts.

3, Due to the summer vacation in Europe, lead time of PHE cabinets will be increased to 16 wks. So the related order should be ordered immediately once FFD is ready.
