Below is an email what I sent to my boss to clarify the schedule.

Hi Roy,

Please find the revised schedule in attached for your reference.

There are couple points in below to achieve the opening date on 11th Dec.
1, Only 2 times of site survey is allowed, especially the 2nd one needs to be very precise.
2, If site demolish could be completed before FFD should be much better. Normally the site condition before and after demolishing is different.
3, GC sampling needs to be approved completely by 2 times.

Moreover, please find the reason in below why it is hard to open on 2nd Nov.
1, Site survey needs to be very precise in one time. But as per experience on Samsung projects, site survey should be arranged by 2~3 times.
2, Site demolishing needs to be completed asap recently, in order to make sure site condition is match to design.
3, There would be 2~3 wks of summer holidays in Europe in August. Thus the lead time of PHE & Porro cabinets and other European purchasing items would be delayed by 2~3 wks.
