the experience of singing box.

the experience of singing box.
The weekend before last week, I hung out at a shopping mall which is near my apartment. When I was there I saw a singing box in front of me but I was hesitant to try it or not.
Even though I was hesitant / Despite that I still decided to try it. When I walked up to / walked near / walked close to the singing box, I felt a little awkward because I felt / thought people were looking at me. After I walked into the singing box I found it was a really small space. There were 2 seats and two microphones and 1 screen inside. It was really a small space but with some high technology things. Then I remember the singing box had appeared on a singing tv show before which was a normal people singing reality show. On the show, people can walk into the box and sing any song / whatever songs they want with the singer and the people can finish one song / sing a song with the singer. So, I was thinking if I could appear on the TV then I would feel a little bit nervous about the appearance of my performance / what I look like / how I look to the audience.
