Writing exercise

Write about a difficult project you had ā€“ how did you overcome the problem and what skills did you use to fix it?

Today I would like to talk about the photography project which I was following in previous days. Before I was on board in the PR department, they used a photography studio which was from Korea for a long time. The biggest disadvantage of them was their creative ability was very poor ,although they had strong sense of what the traditional luxury brand would like to emphasize, that was the picture should be premier and the watch on it should be clear. Our teams dissatisfied with them for many times, so did I , finally, I had to search other agencies to replace the Korea one. I messaged to all my friends and asked them to recommend resources they had. Then I found one photographer who was work for a famous fashion magazine before from my friend. I told him my requirement which was ā€œcreateā€ more ,opened your mind, didnā€™t stop on the old thought. The challenge for me was I had strong pressure on this new try, because I needed to break the past, which was a challenge to all the people didnā€™t think so. To make sure all procedures moved on smooth, what I did was follow all procedures step by step, from the picture proposal reference to the on-site photography, and revised the proposal by myself again and again. Originally, the whole jobs should be done by our PR agency before which singed in our yearly retainer contract. What I did is just a challenge from their client, because they didnā€™t do well.A staff who works for public relations should have strong patience and keep creativity always. We alway canā€™t refuse to meet trouble, and we canā€™t say NO. Instead, we have to say ā€œletā€™s make it possibleā€,ā€spend more time on itā€.

Thanks for your reading.

Today I would like to talk about the photography project which I was following recently. Before I was on board in the PR department, they used a photography studio which was from Korea for a long time. The biggest disadvantage of them wasĀ that their creative ability was very poor, although they had a strong sense of what the traditional luxury brand would like to emphasize, which is that the picture should be premium and the watch on it should be clear. Our teamsĀ were dissatisfied with themĀ many times, so was I , finally, I had to search for other agencies to replace the Korean one. I messaged all my friends and asked them to recommend resources they had. Then I found one photographer who worked for a famous fashion magazine before from my friend. I told him my requirement which was ā€œcreateā€ more, open your mind, don’t stop on the old thoughts / push yourself to have new and original thoughts. The challenge for me was I had strong pressure on this new try, because I needed to break the past, which was a challenge for all the people who didnā€™t think so. To make all procedures goĀ smoothly, what I did was follow all procedures step by step, from the picture proposal reference to the on-site photography, and revised the proposal by myself again and again. Originally, the whole job / all of this work should be done by our PR agency before which was agreed / promised in our yearly retainer contract. What I did is just a challenge from their client, because they didnā€™t do well. A staff member who works for public relations should have strong patience and keep creativity / be creative always. We always canā€™t refuse to meet trouble, and we canā€™t say NO. Instead, we have to say ā€œletā€™s make it possibleā€, ā€spend more time on itā€.
