Writing exercise

Write out your answer to the “successful friend†question

The friend I want to describe is someone I met in my company and her name is Heather. She is the manager in our company for 4 years, 34 years old, with 2 kids, a typical Shanghainese woman.
The reason I think she is a successful person is because she is a working machine, she impresses everyone by her high ability and could work intendent. even she got 2 babies, one is 1 years old and the other is 4 years old, but she still could balance work and life very well. I could bet that everyone love her because she is always nice to everyone and glad to share her experience to others.
As I said, we are working in the same company and she is my boss for 2 years, I meet her every day and i’ve cooperated 5 projects with her, she is always patient and the best boss.
I know her very well and we often hung out on weekends, so we become friends from colleague.
There are many reasons to describe how successful the person is, like how many he could earn and how hard they spent on their work then finally get an achievement and so on.
But as my opinion, it’s important to balance work and life, so she is the successful friend I think.
