I visited a factory of client on Huzhou Zhejiang China last week , Because I borrowed a button machine from there. We had a chat about stuffs who are working at the factory at different local. The fact was that young people were getting leave from hard work, so it’s becoming a quite problem to the owners of factories. For that factories have increased standard of income and have improved work space more comfortable to gathering more workers.But there were only 50% workers come back from hometown after Spring Festival. It doesn’t any improvement compare with last year. Nowaday Young people not only focus on income but also more care about the quality of live, They have asked for enough rest time to go travelling or do something what they were funs. That was totally different with their parents to do more jobs and earn more money they could, Because they had the destination clearly to build a new house on countryside at that time.
